Sinful Colors 'Prosecco' Swatch

Hey you guys! How was y'all Thanksgiving? I stuffed my face with dressing, no regrets. And I binged on some Indie Polish Black Friday Sales. I finally got around to swatching the famous 'Prosecco' from Sinful Colors.
This taupey gray took 3 thin coats, but it would have been okay with 2 thick coats. You can see the VNL (visible nail line) on my pinky. Very nice formula;it went in smoothly.

It was really hard to pick up the gold flakies on my phone: (. And cleaning up the glitters aren't that easy! This is a gorgeous color for winter! Pick it up soon!

See y'all soon!

#NailArtNov Nature

Hey you guys! Tonight I did a manicure corresponding with #NailArtNov Nature. It took me a while to come up with something, but Google Images were my friend again!

I started off with 'Haze of Love' from wet n wild on my pinky, index, and thumb. I then did three coats of 'Film Festival' from Icing Nail Polish. The trees and leaves are acrylic paint. Gems from Five Below. Topcoat is My Dream Polish.

See y'all next time! And have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Stairwell Manicure

Today's manicure is a recreation of IG @daisy_nulu_nails manicure. I can't show you the link because I'm kind of lazy... But I'll show you the screenshot!

I started off with 2 coats of Tudor City Teal from NY Colors. This is with no topcoat. Look how shiny it is!

Here are IG @daisiy_nulu_nails:

I added the brown stairwells from 'Wet Cement' from wet n wild. I traced along it with a gold glitter polish from Julep. Placed the gold diamond from Amazon.

I sealed it all with My Dream Polish Topcoat! See y'all next time!

#NAILlinkup Dreamcatcher

I did my dreamcatcher nails for today's linkup and I'm not that happy. I think I knew something wasn't going to go right when I chose a bad polish as my base...

This is 'Easy Going' from Sinful Colors. It's a cream nude with a peachy undertone. But the formula is T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E!! It was so hard to apply on my nails. Can't you tell?

The rest is acrylic paint. Hope you guys have some nice dreams.

See y'all next time!

#NailArtNov Movie

Hey you guys! Tonight is a manicure that was inspired my Forest Gump, not France. I repeat, NOT FRANCE!
The hearts represent his quote, "I'm not a smart man, but I know what love is." The stripes represent his tennis shoes. And the brown represents the famous quote, "Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get."

I used 'Correction Tape' from Spoiled for my white. For red, I used 'I Red A Good Book' from wet n wild. For blue, I used 'Endless Blue' from Sinful Colors. I mixed some colors for the brown: 'Wet Cement' from wet n wild and 'Liquid Vinyl' from Orly. Top coat from My Dream Polish.

See y'all next time!!

#NailArtNov Dry Marble/Born Pretty Store Stamper

I finally got my stamper from Born Pretty Store today along with some plates and decals. Mind you, this is my first time stamping so don't think I'm going to be all IG sveta_sanders up in here!
I started off with one coat of 'Pink Pillow' from Tini Beauty. I'm sorry again for the messy fingers.
I then dry marbled 'Pink Fix' with it. I honestly should have kept them like this though...

I then stamped on the eyes from Rose Queen Theme. I'll get better, I know it. But for now, it's time to eat!

See y'all next time!

#NAILlinkup Geometric Nails

Hey you guys! Today's nail art is for the #NAILlinkup nail art hosted by some amazing nail artists! Today's challenge is Geometric, and I decided to do a design I had been doodling for a while.
I started with one coat of 'Neptune's Wonderland' from Dainty Digits Polish. Excuse the terrible looking hands. I used her glitter of base coat on my fingers and didn't want to clean up my manicure just yet!
I then sponged on 'Voyage to Mercury' from Dainty Digits Polish. I added the weird lines and  tier steps with acrylic paint. Hopefully the sun will be out tomorrow and you guys will get to see these gorgeous holo polishes!
See y'all next time!

#NailArtNov Watermarble

I did it you guys! I did it! I've watermarbled only once before this and it was a complete fail! But not tonight! Of course it's not @sloteazzy but it's something!

BUT there was a mishap on the first hand... I'm not showing it though! Too embarrassing!

Thank you Pacific Blue!! I also used 'Breezy Blue' from Sally Hansen. My other fingers sport 'Pale Yellow' from Kleancolor with neon studs I got from Amazon. I made a review on this polish a while back.

I want to thank this challenge for pushing me to do watermarbling again! See y'all next time!

#NailArtNov Polish Name

Hey you guys! Today's #NailArtNov challenge is Polish Name. You use a polish's name and have nail art based on it. And mine was galaxy! I've done galaxy before and I wasn't really happy with the results. Until tonight! I made a pictorial too!
In a galaxy manicure you need just a few things: a sponge, a clean up brush, and some polishes! I started off with Sincerely Polish 'Interstellar' over a black creme. I then used the white polish. The white polish makes your other colors pop! I then sponged on a blue polish from Dainty Digits Polish 'Neptune's Wonderland'. Taking a smaller piece of sponge, I put on 'Voyage to Mercury' also from Dainty Digits Polish. I then put on 'Queen of Evil' from Sincerely Polish and then a VERY thin coat of Interstellar again. I topped it off with My Dream Polish Gem Glam .

The polishes' names were basically screaming at me to do a galaxy mani! And I couldn't disappoint!

 See y'all next time!

#NailArtNov Tape Mani?/Surprise, Nubies!

I'm back with some terrible news! If you follow my Instagram (m.polish), you know that I broke my index finger trying to catch a football. It was my fault really. Who the heck has a nail account and tries to play football?! This is the traumatizing picture I took and sent to my sister and cousin:

                                                    😭

Anyway, today's nail art challenge is a tape mani. But I feel like that I didn't really put much tape into it. And to be frank, I hate nail tape. Specifically  the skinny kind that you can get off Amazon for a dollar. But I did it anyway!

While this looks pink, it's actually a red. A cranberry/raspberry shimmer with amazing application, I did just 2 coats. But I could've gotten away with 1. This beautiful polish is from Julep 5-free polish called 'Neha'.

This dark faint gray with a blue undertone shimmer is from Essie 'Secret Lining'. 2 coats also.

This gold glitter polish is from Julep also called '. This was 3 coats.

My manicure was wrapped up with My Dream Polish top coat. Oh and did you notice the cut on my middle finger? Freaking aluminum foil! Hope you guys are having a better night than mine.

                                     See y'all next time!

Plaid #NailArtNov

A day late again. Shame! But I'm back with some very Christmas-y nails for you guys! I looked online and typed up plaid in google. And out came this picture:

I didn't want to do the generic plaid nails but I loved the design so much and it was my first time. So I was striving for something easy you know?

I started off with 3 coats of 'Easy Going' by Sinful Colors on my ring finger. It's a pretty thick formula. And a deep burgundy, 'Haze of Love' by Wet n Wild.

I did a triangle styled glitter using 'Later' from Sally Girl. I topped it with a matte top coat from Sally Hansen. Cleaned up all my messy mistakes with French Brush #6 from Danity Digits Polish. Moisturized with the amazing cuticle oil from IG nails_by_smg1009.

See you guys next time!!

Nail Art Linkup Panda

Hi there! Today's nail art is from
a whole different challenge. Nail Art Ideas Linkup #naillinkup to be exact! Hosted by IG craftynail and other amazing nail artists, they make theirs flexible and fun!

I started off with my favorite white polish, 'Correction Tape' from Spoiled by wet n wild. This is 2 coats.

I think this is so cute! I went on Google and searched up 'panda drawing' because for a second (or minute) I forgot what a panda looked like!

The rest is black acrylic paint and the top coat from My Dream Polish. I have the tutorial on my Instagram page!

Below you can enter your own Panda Mani into the #linkup!

Day 4 Geometric #Nailartnov

Today's nail art challenge was 'Geometric'. I had this whole idea in my head, and when I came to transfer it onto my nails...complete failure! So I came up with something new. Hope you guys like!

I started off with 3 coats of 'Divine' from Fresh Paint. This jelly magenta/fuschia polish is actually one of my favorite polishes. It's just hard to know what other color to pair up with it.

This was very unexpected since I had failed my planned manicure, but it looks like I going off of a kimono maybe? And I'm pretty sure I had this picture in my mind also:

I then put some rings on my fingers and called it geometric. I likey!

Rings from Claire's www.claires.com

See you guys next time! <3

Kleancolor Pastels Collection Review

I ordered these Kleancolor polishes a while back from Amazon and finally did some swatching! Ordering them from Amazon had me a little weary but they arrived in good condition. But I'm pretty sure the Pastel Yellow had a small spill. Other than that, it was fine!
...............

This is 3 coats of 'Pastel Pink'. The formula was pretty thick and streaky, but a good top coat evens it out.
...................

Sorry about the oily fingers! But we gotta stay moisturized, right? This is 2 coats of 'Pastel Orange' It was thick also and streaky. It left some open spaces that a top coat covers up.
.................

2 coats of 'Pastel Yellow' except 3 coats on my pinky. This is thick also but it wasn't streaky. This is without a top coat!
...................

Honestly, I don't know if this is "Pastel Blue' or 'Pastel Teal'. This looks more like a teal though! Both of them are still 2 coats with no top coat!
.................

2 coats of probably 'Pastel Blue' with no top coat. This was thick but you could still work around it!
                              ....................

This was my favorite one! And not just because of the color! 1 coat of 'Pastel Purple' with no top coat! That's right! 1 coat!! The formula wasn't bad and isn't it gorgeous?!
...................

Overall:
Most of the polishes were pretty thick and took a while to dry. The smell wasn't too great either! Aside from the color and price (only $7.00 + free shipping!), getting the polishes are a downfall. If you can handle the time and smell, these will be great for spring!
